Hi, I'm Valiant, a freelancer writer and artist from Argentina.
I love to create lots of characters and make stories and projects about them.
I'm currently working on a webtoon called "The Dancing Flame".

  • +5 USD for an additional character (+2 USD if the commission is a headshot)

  • +10 USD for drawing a complex background

  • Might charge 2 to 4 extra if the character design is too complex

  • Most of my commissions are fully colored, but sometimes I might open sketch commissions

  • Headshot: 8000 ARS

  • Halfbody: 13000 ARS

  • Fullbody: 18000 ARS

  • + 2000 ARS por personaje adicional (+1000 ARS si es un headshot)

  • +5000 ARS por un fondo complejo

  • Puedo llegar a cobrar 1000 extra si el diseño del personaje es demasiado complejo

  • La mayoría de mis comisiones son pintadas, pero en ocasiones abriré comisiones de sketches

Terms of service

Boundaries

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

  • I won't, under any circumstances, draw hateful work or problematic subjects.

  • I will only draw SFW pieces, not NSFW (Suggestive art and nudity is okay, but not sex scenes).

  • When you take a commission from me you agree to ONLY talk to me about the commission in question and matters related to that.

  • In the event that you break any of these rules, you will be banned from future commissions.

Commission Process

  • I will notify you when I start working on your order.

  • I will first send you the sketch for approval, then the lineart, and then the finnished piece, might send more WIPs in the process if you ask.

  • You can only drastrically change your order or recieve a refund during the sketch and lineart phase, any mayor changes to the finnished piece will cost +$1 (Minor changes are okay).

Payment

  • Currency accepted is either USD or ARS and can be paid through PayPal or Ko-fi if foreginer or Mercadopago if argentinian.

  • Commissions are 50% payed upfront.

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Usage Policy

I, Valiant, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it everywhere

  • Display it everywhere to my liking (social media, portfolio, etc.)

The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

  • Print the artwork.

  • Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

  • Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Unless agreed upon beforehand).

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.
